Milk pasteurization HTST process is a thermal remediation process applied to milk as well a certian foods in order to minimize the health risks due to heat-sensitive pathogenic microorganisms.

The pasteurization of Milk foods is carried out by means of fixed corrugated plate heat exchangers 35/4-80-4 Deg.C (as in our case). The two fluids are made to flow in opposite directions and in thin layers, in order to make the heat exchange more efficient and to ensure that all the food liquid reaches the desired temperature.This mainly use in Milk pasteurization & its by products process like yoghurt , cream process , paneer making etc.Pastueriser is use to increase the self life of the product by killing harmfull pathogen through thermal process like HTST OR LTHT ( plate heat exchanger typ ). PASTUERISER will aattched to packing machine or bottle filling machine as per end user requirment

These pre-installed automatic systems for the industrial production of yoghurt are used with a set of recipes to enable the milk to be pasteurized and kept at the incubation temperature and then the yogurt is allowed to mature for a preset time, then cooled and whipped for the amounts of time and at the rates established in the operator’s recipe.

Our yogurt machines and production lines can be completed with a station for mixing in pureed fruit.

All the versions have a PLC for managing the recipes and an electric control panel. The automatic system includes a dedicated backflow washing program for a dependable, total hygiene of the whole system.
